Therapy Within Reach: Reduced Fee OPTION

To ensure everyone has access to affordable therapy, we also offer high-quality mental health care from carefully supervised team of provisional psychologists, with reduced out-of-pocket fees.

WHAT IS A PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST?

A Provisional Psychologist is a psychologist who has done a qualifying undergraduate degree (the same as a registered/clinical psychologist), however they are in their final years of on-the-job training to become registered. Many of our Provisional Psychologists have many years experience working with clients in adjacent fields such as counselling or social support work. They are qualified to see clients privately, however not under the Medicare Scheme yet.

Due to this, we offer a reduced rate of $110 per session for a private appointment with any of our provisional psychologists. This is a private rate, so no Medicare rebates can be claimed under this program.
