MITCH O’BRIEN
Clinical Psychologist & Director

Mitch works primarily with adults in the assessment and treatment of anxiety, stress, and depression. He also sees clients in relation to executive, life and career coaching. Mitch integrates a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, internal family systems and skills training. He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist.

Mitch works at both our St Mary’s and Rouse Hill locations. He is also available Mondays in Penrith.

 

BAILEY ELLIS
Provisional Psychologist

Bailey is a Provisional Psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) degree from Western Sydney University and he is a member of the College of Professional Psychology. Bailey has experience working as a crisis supporter, providing imminent, short-term support with Lifeline Australia and experience with workplace rehabilitation, working alongside clients with worker’s compensation claims. Bailey has an interest in practicing his compassionate and welcoming approach to assist clients of all ages and backgrounds to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Bailey is an Associate Member of the APS and he works at both our St Marys and Rouse Hill practices.

 

CINDY LAM
Registered Psychologist (Assessments)

Cindy is a registered psychologist with a very gentle and nurturing way of engaging with her clients. She uses a strengths based approach when working with the clients and works collaboratively with them to help them reach their goals. Cindy provides specialist assessment services for Autism diagnosis using the ADOS/ADI-R Assessment with children and adolescents. Cindy also conducts cognitive and psychometric assessments with children, adolescents and adults.


Cindy is a member of the APS and works at our St Marys practice.

 
 

WAME GOFAMODIMO
Registered Psychologist

Wame is a registered psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Newcastle and a Master of Professional Psychology from Deakin University. She is dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental space for adults to process challenging life experiences with compassion and respect. Wame tailors evidence-based approaches to meet the unique needs of each client, fostering a warm and collaborative therapeutic relationship. Her areas of interest include trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, relationship challenges, workplace issues, and life transitions. With a commitment to empowering her clients, Wame guides them on their journey toward healing and personal growth.

Wame is a member of the APS and works at our St Marys practice.

 

MARCOLEEN BRITZ
Provisional Psychologist

Marcoleen is a registered Provisional Psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of New England and is currently pursuing her Master of Clinical Psychology at ACAP. She also holds a Master of Applied Behaviour Analysis from Griffith University. With experience as a Behaviour Support Practitioner, Marcoleen specializes in supporting children and adolescents with Autism, ADHD, and Anxiety. Her Person-Centred approach incorporates evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy (NT). Passionate about helping clients navigate emotional regulation, self-esteem, depression, and behavioral challenges, Marcoleen is dedicated to making a positive impact.

Marcoleen is an Associate Member of the APS and works at our Rouse Hill practice.

NICOLA RICH
Clinical Psychologist

Nicola has co-facilitated the "Cool Kids" group and the "Chronic Pain" group for the Hawkesbury Hills Division of GP's. Nicola is a Board Approved Supervisor and a registered with AHPRA.

Nicola is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of wide-ranging experience in children, adolescents and adults. She uses evidence based strategies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy, to assist clients achieve their therapeutic goals. Nicola has a particular interest in working with clients with depression, panic disorder, sleep problems, social anxiety and trauma.  

Nicola works remotely, thus her appointments are telehealth (video or phone consultation) only.

 

NICHOLAS SALEEBY
Registered Psychologist

Nicholas is a registered psychologist with a warm and authentic approach as a therapist. He uses a strength based approach to work collaboratively with his clients. Nicholas has experience in using evidence-based strategies such a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectic Behaviour Therapy Skills to help his client achieve their goals. Nicholas is passionate about working with adolescents and adults to help them in the areas of depression, anxiety, anger, ADHD and working with them to help manage their emotions in a positive way.

Nicholas works at both our St Marys and Rouse Hill practices.

 

MICHELE MOUSSA
Registered Psychologist

Michele is a warm provisional psychologist with a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) degree from the Australian Catholic University. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Michele has experience working within a private practice setting, and working with depression and anxiety disorders, adjustment, and anger.  She has had experience working with clients from culturally diverse and disadvantaged populations. Michele has a strong passion for working with adolescents 15 and over and young adults. In particular, she has an interest in improving the lives of clients who suffer from anxiety and sleep disturbances. Michele believes in employing nurturing and evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Person-Centred Therapy.


Michele is an Associate Member of the APS and works at both our St Marys and Rouse Hill practices.

 

AYESHA RIAZ
Provisional Psychologist

Ayesha is a Provisional Psychologist holding a Masters of Professional Psychology, with a rich background encompassing over 7 years of diverse experience in mental health. Her career has seen her excel in various roles such as a mental health support worker, NDIS support coordinator, and NDIS Transition officer and team coordinator. Ayesha is deeply committed to working with individuals of all ages, including children from ages 6 and older, to teenagers and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. Her passion lies in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, employing a strengths-based and cognitive behavioural approach in her practice.

Ayesha works at both our St Marys and Rouse Hill practices.

 

CHRISTINE WEBSTER
Clinical Psychologist (Forensic)

Christine runs our Forensic Assessment team at Advantage, providing comprehensive psychological assessments and reports for a variety of criminal matters. These include medicolegal reports, S14 reports and firearms assessments. She has over 18 years experience in the assessment and treatment of acute mental health across public and private settings. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, is endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist, and is an AHPRA board approved supervisor.
