REGISTERED OR CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST

  • Employment Type: Contract or Salary

  • Work Schedule: 1-4 days per week

  • Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 per year

  • Potential to earn more through Contract work

About the role
Our continued growth has seen new a position open up for a Registered/Clinical Psychologist in the fast growing suburb of St Marys, NSW. As a key member of our growing practices, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessment, counselling, and treatment services to a broad range of clients as part of our friendly onsite team. 

What you'll be doing

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide evidence-based interventions.

  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate therapy and counselling services, such as CBT, ACT, SCHEMA, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches

  • Collaborate with allied health professionals, such as general practitioners, to ensure a holistic approach to client care

  • Contribute to the growth and development of the practice by participating in marketing, community engagement, team social and training events, and professional development activities

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, as well as adhere to all relevant professional and ethical standards

What we're looking for

  • Fully registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

  • Board approved supervisor preferred but not required

  • A strong background in providing evidence-based psychological services

  • Demonstrated expertise in a range of psychological assessment and therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT, and other evidence-based approaches

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload

  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the practice
