REGISTERED OR CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST
Location: St Marys NSW
Employment Type: Contract or Salary
Work Schedule: 1-4 days per week
Salary Range: $100,000 – $150,000 per year
Potential to earn more through Contract work
About the role
Our continued growth has seen new a position open up for a Registered/Clinical Psychologist in the fast growing suburb of St Marys, NSW. As a key member of our growing practices, you will provide comprehensive psychological assessment, counselling, and treatment services to a broad range of clients as part of our friendly onsite team.
What you'll be doing
Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide evidence-based interventions.
Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs
Provide high-quality, compassionate therapy and counselling services, such as CBT, ACT, SCHEMA, EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches
Collaborate with allied health professionals, such as general practitioners, to ensure a holistic approach to client care
Contribute to the growth and development of the practice by participating in marketing, community engagement, team social and training events, and professional development activities
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, as well as adhere to all relevant professional and ethical standards
What we're looking for
Fully registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Board approved supervisor preferred but not required
A strong background in providing evidence-based psychological services
Demonstrated expertise in a range of psychological assessment and therapeutic modalities, including CBT, ACT, and other evidence-based approaches
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of the practice
