Annie Ly is a Clinical Psychologist with experience in providing psychological assessments and treatments at private clinics, hospitals, and community settings. She works with children, adolescents, and adults, both individually and in group settings.
Annie specialises in working with children and adolescents who present with a range of emotional and behavioural difficulties, as well as completing Autism diagnostic assessments and treatment. She also works with adults who present with mood-related issues. Annie uses evidence-based treatment strategies with an aim to teach individuals the skills required to improve their well-being.

Clinical Psychology Registrar
Cecilia holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from the University of Western Sydney, and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. Cecilia worked in several public and private health settings including Hills Community Care, the Department of Disability and Aged Care, the Mental Health Unit at Mosman Private Hospital, and other private practices in Sydney.
Cecilia works with an extensive range of clients to assist them in overcoming a number of life difficulties and problems including depression and low mood, anxiety related disorders, anger management, adjustment issues, problems with addiction, self-esteem issues and stress and health related concerns.

Marietta is our Practice Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Grad Dip in Health Services Management. Marietta has extensive experience in health services management in a variety of settings including public health and tertiary education.
Marietta’s role covers a range of operations to ensure the smooth running of both Practices, at Rouse Hill and St Marys, including recruitment and training of staff and dealing with a range of stakeholders and clients, resolving complex situations and working closely with the Director.
Clinical Psychology Registrar
Melanie is a highly motivated Clinical Psychology Registrar and has full registration with the NSW Psychologists Registration Board. She has a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology. Melanie is an approved provider of Medicare and Work Cover services.
She has been involved in the field of Mental Health for a number of years working in a variety of clinical settings such as inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, not for profit organisations and private practice. Melanie has extensive skills and in crisis support management having worked in a crisis counselling and crisis counsellor supervisor roles.
Melanie works at our Rouse Hill practice.
Nadine is a clinician with 18 years experience and has extensive experience working with adults and older adolescents. She has a special interest in working with individuals and couples with relationship difficulties. She has completed Level 3 of Gottman Marital Therapy Training.
Nadine also works with women with postnatal depression. Nadine had facilitated group programs on Post Natal Depression, Chronic Pain Management and Assertiveness Training Skills as well as the Cool Kids Program, (an anxiety management program for young children and their parents).

Nicola is a Clinical Psychologist with broad ranging experience in children, adolescents and adults. She uses evidence based strategies including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy, to assist clients achieve their therapeutic goals. Nicola has a particular interest in working with clients with depression, panic disorder, social anxiety and trauma.
Nicola is also specialised in helping clients with sleep problems. Nicola has extensive experience in group therapy and co-facilitated the "Children with Anxiety" group and the "Chronic Pain" group for the Hawkesbury Hills Division of GP's. Nicola is a Board Approved Supervisor. She is registered with the NSW Psychologists Registration Board. She is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society and a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists. Nicola is also an approved provider for Medicare, WorkCover, CTP and ATAPS.

Clinical Psychology Registrar
Regina has worked in private clinic, schools, community and forensic settings. She has provided both individual and group therapy to children, adolescents and adults, and has experience conducting psychological and cognitive assessments for learning difficulties and behavioural problems in children. Regina has worked with children presenting with ADHD, autism, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem and other presentations that impair their functioning at school and home.
She works closely with the school and families to put in place skills based strategies to help them leverage on their strengths to overcome challenges and improve their quality of life.

RIC ELYSEE COLLEN
Ric is a Clinical Psychologist who hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology. He has extensive experience working with both children and adults. I have worked closely with children and adolescence suffering from anxiety and depression as well as behavioural difficulties such as ADHD, Oppositional Defiant and Conduct Disorder. I have also completed specialised training in a number of therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Ric aims to consider each individual intentionally, in building an understanding of their psychological barriers and working collaboratively towards maintaining balance, and value-driven action in life. He operates from a holistic perspective, particularly taking into consideration the physical body and looking after what we put in it and how we use it.

Steven is a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults. He has extensive experience in assessment and treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, pain, interpersonal difficulties, cognitive difficulties, behavioural difficulties, and developmental difficulties. Steven is also able to provide cognitive and medico-legal assessment reports.
Steven has also worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at Western Sydney University. He is also a Board Approved Supervisor. Steven has developed and conducted accredited mental health training seminars for General Practitioners and run training seminars in child and adolescent mental health for school teachers, childcare workers, and school counsellors.
Steven is fully registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society. He is able to provide services under various schemes including Medicare, WorkCover, CTP, and ATAPS.

Sylvia is a Clinical Psychologist with many years of experience. She is passionate and curious about the people she treats. This curiosity propelled her in her study of Psychology and human behaviour.
Sylvia completed a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Western Sydney in quick succession and she was awarded the Dean’s Medal for Academic Excellence.
